Illinois Home Performance with Energy Star: an update

This session will bring you up-to-date on the status of the Home Performance with Energy Star program in the state of Illinois. The program starting accepting contractor enrollment applications Sept 7, 2011, and the first program provider, Energy Impact Illinois, has begun offering homeowner rebates and financing in the fall of 2011.
